Sierra Brown is a Licensed Hairstylist and Certified Hair & Scalp Doctor with a deep passion for natural hair restoration and growth. As the founder of Rooted by Siee, she has dedicated her journey to helping women of all backgrounds embrace the health, beauty, and strength of their natural hair.

For Sierra, hair care is more than styling – it’s healing. After overcoming life-changing experiences that tested her faith and purpose, she felt called to create a brand that reflects who she truly is and what she stands for. Rooted by Siee was born from her commitment to teaching women how to care for their hair from the scalp to the strands, while building confidence that flows far beyond the chair.

Sierra specializes in natural hair care, scalp therapy, and length retention, offering services, products, and education designed to restore hair health from the root up. Her mission is to create a safe space where every client feels seen, supported, and empowered to flourish in their hair journey and life.

When she’s not behind the chair transforming crowns, Sierra is developing new hair care products, hosting healthy hair boot camps, and creating educational tools to help women transform their routines and results.
